The HVAC system failed to function appropriately, which was disappointing!!! Additionally, the restaurant service was inflexible — a little more accommodation would improve guests' experiences greatly!!!

Amazing stay with fabulous service.

The staff at Hyatt were exceptional, particularly Anusha at check-in, who ensured a seamless experience. The breakfast was a culinary delight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a wide selection of organic juices. The housekeeping service was impeccable, maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.

Location was a bit far from the city center.

The pool had stunning views and the room was super comfy. Loved the convenient laundry service, and they even arranged our early breakfast! Great fitness center too.

After my previous stay in kathmandu, i was pleasantly surprised by how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. The wedding celebration was beautifully organized, and the staff were attentive. The breakfast was a true highlight, offering fresh pastries and a great selection of juices.

The hotel features a modern design that's rare in the area. The staff across all departments were incredibly helpful, always welcoming with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the coffee prepared by BADAL. Mountains can be viewed beautifully from rooms overlooking the Soaltee Hotel, making for a stunning visual experience.

However, I was disappointed with the room assignment, as I didn't receive one with the mountain view despite the hotel having ample availability.
